  Woodlawn Cemetary sits on a hill next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The road is at a steep angle until you top the hill and the grounds flatten out. However, it can be hard for elderly and/or disabled individuals to navigate the area. The gates are open during daylight hours and kept locked at night. The grass is cut on a regular basis and old flowers are disposed of. It can be windy on top of this hill so caution should be observed. The road winds through the entire Cemetary should one find it difficult to walk. It is a peaceful final resting place for your loved ones.
